Professional Profile:
The role is to assist the CFO/Head of Finance in managing financing, financial analysis, and banking relationships to support informed business decisions. The position contributes to organizational growth by ensuring efficient fund management, accurate financial reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective liaison with Banks and NBFIs for financing, banking, and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and manage documentation for loan disbursement, refinancing, renewal of facilities, commercial papers, and bank guarantees.
- Monitor loan repayments, installments, and banking obligations to ensure timely settlement.
- Prepare financial projections and reports to support financing and facility renewals.
- Review accounting entries, loan-related payments, and financial records for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies, banks, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.
- Manage LC establishment, import financing, and related customs, shipping, and logistics activities.
- Oversee intercompany fund management and banking transactions.
- Build strong relationships with financial institutions and identify new financing opportunities.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and contribute to business growth and profitability.
Educational Requirements:
- MBA in Finance/Accounting from a reputed university.
- CA / CMA is preferable.
Additional Job Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience in relevant fields.
