Professional Profile

  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Assess and recommend changes to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Plan and implement different employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinating and managing the delivery of training programs; evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
  • Creating & implementing a continuous learning culture within the organization.
  • Review current development program and facilitation of change management initiatives to ensure linkage with company goal.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HRI and payroll, Management feedback, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover.
  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to Senior Management.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment process of the company.
