We are seeking a dynamic Growth & Technical Marketing Manager with both creative and analytical expertise to lead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and social media growth initiatives.

Overview
This role blends performance marketing, marketing automation, and technical implementation — ideal for someone who can drive user acquisition and retention while optimizing the marketing tech stack and data flow behind the scenes. You’ll oversee campaign strategy, paid media, and content performance while building the technical infrastructure that powers measurement, personalization, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital growth strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Manage DTC and social performance end-to-end: from campaign design to conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Technical Marketing Infrastructure
- Own setup and maintenance of marketing tech stack — including pixels, tags, conversion APIs, UTM frameworks, and event tracking.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Clever Tap, or similar.
- Integrate data sources (CRM, website, app, ads) for unified attribution and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot data flows, API syncs, and automation issues.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards, analytics, and BI tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Lead paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google — including budgeting, bidding, and creative testing.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests for audiences, creatives, and messaging.
- Continuously optimize toward CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
- Apply data modeling and cohort insights to refine targeting and messaging.
Creative & Content Execution
- Work with designers and creators to produce high-performing video, static, and copy assets for social platforms.
- Drive creative experimentation using performance data to inform content direction.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and user psychology across all channels.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Build automated dashboards for campaign monitoring and performance reporting.
- Use attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, MMM) to evaluate campaign impact.
- Translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
- Present insights to leadership and recommend next steps for scaling acquisition and retention.
Growth & Community Building
- Grow and manage engaged communities across platforms; promote UGC and advocacy.
- Identify and manage influencer or partnership opportunities.
- Implement retention and re-engagement strategies powered by lifecycle data.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital growth or technical marketing for DTC or consumer brands.
- Strong foundation in performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube) and marketing technology (analytics, tracking, automation).
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, GTM, attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Branch, Adjust), CRM tools (Clevertap) and APIs.
- Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting pixels, webhooks, and data tracking pipelines.
- Understanding of SQL or data querying preferred.
- Strong creative sensibility and content direction ability.
- Excellent communication and project management skills — comfortable collaborating across marketing, data, and tech teams.
