Current Open Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Dhaka
Role Overview
Call Center Agents are responsible for handling customer interactions, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure readiness for tasks.
- Provide knowledge of products.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase team efficiency.
- Give agents visibility into their schedules.
- Make outbound calls & answer incoming calls.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Manage and update customer databases.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries escalated from Associates and Supervisors.
- Share orders and payments related info with concern teams.
- Guide junior team members.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Additional Job Requirements
