Professional Profile
- Provide comprehensive training and onboarding. Make sure the candidates you picked are ready for the tasks at hand.
- Provide knowledge of products.
- Assist to develop strategies to increase team efficiency.
- Give agents visibility into their schedules.
- Making outbound calls & answering incoming calls.
- Gather Customer Feedback.
- Managing and Updating Customer Databases.
- Each individual works together as a team, with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Handling Customer Complaints.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolves their issues that have been escalated from Associates and Supervisors.
- Share Orders and Payments related info with concern.
- Guide junior team members.

Educational Requirements
