Current Open Position: Legal Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be able to represent the legal matter in the court on behalf of the companies individually.
- To be able to provide legal opinion against different types of legal issues.
- Communicate with different legal firms on behalf of the company.
- Able to draft various legal letters, notices, affidavits, agreements etc.
- To be able to draft plaints, petition written statements, written objections and replies to relevant show cause.
- To attend courts and maintain liaison with concerned department Officials and Advocates.
- The ability to vet different legal documents.
Employment Status: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
- Age limit 30 to 35 Years.
- Must have adequate knowledge of the professional code of conduct of lawyers.
- Bar Council Membership mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of Civil and Criminal laws and others applicable laws in Bangladesh.
