Professional Profile:
- The role is responsible for sourcing & purchasing all Local Products & Equipment, sample collection from different suppliers, bill Management of vendors and ensuring a proper record of all bills and payments for local products.
- Monitor & execute on-time sourcing of local products & equipment, sample collection from different vendors for final management approval.
- Monitor all local bills and ensure proper documentation & recording of bills and payment for local products.
- Research, recommend, and purchase quality products and materials.
- Evaluate current and prospective suppliers.
- Build relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing and service.
- Prepare purchase plans for the purchase of raw materials, supplies, merchandise, and services.
- Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as licenses, product range, payment terms, lead time, etc.
- Monitor timely delivery of all Local purchase items for meeting the operations requirements.
- Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions.
- Increase accounts revenue and identify fresh business opportunities.
- Suggest and guide the technical team and sales team with cost & budget analysis
- Finding initiatives to reduce costs
Educational Requirements:
- Masters / M.B.A preferable in Operation Management / Supply Chain Management / Finance from a reputed University
Additional Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role
