Professional Profile:
- Experience in EGP Tender System
- Technical Knowledge off On-Grid Solar System / Solar Pumping System
- Have good access to Government / Industrial sector
- Have a good customer track record
- Have good analytical ability
- Provides necessary market info and assist Head of Department to set strategies for revenue target.
- Provides data and assist supervisor for demand forecasting across the country factoring constraints and contingencies with minimal fluctuations of schedules within a quarter.
- Attend meetings with customer for technical issues and financial negotiation.
- Develop Sales area and cost minimization.
- Improve Sales line efficiency.
- Gain Knowledge of new Market.
- Try to increase both market share and product share
- Day-to-day monitoring of sales activities by Executives/ Engineers and other team members.
- Follow up report preparation of weekly/monthly regarding offer, Sales, due, probability, etc & Monitor the target achievement.

- Coordinate with technical team for the manufacturing, quality and lead time of product as per any of customer requirements. Quarterly review with Engineers for sales/marketing/product support issues.
- To analysis the technical and financial comparative of individual project including annual budget to meet up of management goals. Actively involved and also motivate the Engineers to participate in new EPC/ SCP sales to the existing customers.
- To create new business relationships with stakeholder and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.

- Follow up with SCM for any critical parts related issues.
- To prepare sales quotation based on work volume according to meet the customer’s requirements
- Preparing the project budget to execute the work volume according to customer’s requirements
- Credit recovery follow up.
- Finding initiatives to reduce costs.
- Maintain customer relationship.
- Maintaining liaison with all stakeholders for effective and efficient communication.
- Supporting other departments to achieve organizational goals.
