Professional Profile:
- Sourcing of Potential Vendor
- Making Comparative Statement (CS), Negotiations, frequently market visit
- Follow up the timely delivery of requisite, goods, items, etc.
- Regular follow up with Central Procurement Unit (CPU) and other inter department co-ordination.
- Reporting of different tools, i.e., stock report, purchase pending report, etc.
- Ensure timely documentation with necessary system entry. Maintain proper information from PO/WO, L/C and GRN. Also ensure to issue PPR(Product Purchase Requisition), PRR (Product Received Report) and different database.
- The employee has to clear the basic requirement and building up a picture about their target audience. If required make communication with concern authority.
- Analyzing the target audience's character, purchasing, and storage habits. Also need to concentrate on the pricing strategies.
- Maintaining contacts with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring statistics, and viewing figures are up to date.
- Advising the team to coordinate different activities in manner to achieve goals within reasonable time.
- Maintain different functions with reports regarding Material/tools requisition, return, and issue and delivery status.
- On time delivery is considered as a priority. Take initiative with additional support to complete the pending job properly. Cross-check the conflicting case with concern technicians, contact administration to arrange labor and transportation for loading and unloading purpose.
- Performs other duties relevant to the team’s functions, as assigned by the supervisor/management.
- Monitor the target achievement.
- Follow up with Store/Procurement for any critical parts related issues.
