Current Open Position: Executive/ Senior Executive, Procurement
Department : Supply Chain Management
Sub-Department : Sales Administration
Business Unit : Bangla Trac Group (B-Trac Technologies Ltd.)
Location : Dhaka
Professional Profile :
- Communicate with related stakeholders & ensure smooth procurement materials & service.
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
- Collect quotations, prepare RFQ & PO.
- Communicate with logistics team and Vendor to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure vendor payment & vendor accounts reconciliation if require.
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
- Other tasks assign by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration from any recognized university.
Additional Job Requirements
