We are pleased to announce that Bangla Trac Group (B-Trac Technologies Ltd.) is going to recruit the below position.
Current Open Position: Analyst, CRM (Executive)
Business Unit: Bangla Trac Group (B-Trac Technologies Ltd.)
- Coordinate with Partner Account Managers to ensure that all the Leads are correctly booked in the CRM System.
- Regularly follow-up with registered leads to ensure that they are progressing effectively and the related activities are entered into the CRM system.
- Analyze the CRM data to identify potential opportunities, missed opportunities, service issues etc.
- Establish roles & responsibilities for the stake holders to manage the CRM tool.
- Establish processes to manage the end-to-end customer relationship (lead, sales, service)aligning all the stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, service)
- Work with relevant teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns and registered leads into the CRM system.
- Identify and source relevant external lead database from the third-party vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university.
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in CRM or Sales Administration.
- Advanced level expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Being able to identify one’s own knowledge gap and being able to self-educate oneself.
- “Solution Oriented” rather than “Problem Oriented”.
- Focused on team success over individual success.
- Can work with minimal supervision and direction.
- Highly adaptable to changing business requirements.
- Can effectively communicate to varied types of audience, context and channel.
