Current Open Position : Executive/Sr. Executive, Brand Competency & Experience Centre Management

Professional Profile :
Brand Competency
- Explore and identify the Competency Requirements (e.g. Revenue Target, Training/ Certifications, Solution/ Industry Expertise, Operational Capabilities etc.) of various Partnership Levels of existing/ potential Brands/ OEMs based on their respective Channel Partner Program Guides.
- Monitor and track B-trac’s/ Channel Partner’s current performance against Partner Program Competencies and identify any gap. Communicate with the relevant stakeholders and agree on an action plan to mitigate such gaps.
- Prepare a roadmap for acquiring new/ upper-level competencies to upgrade Partnership Levels for both B-Trac & Channel Partners and follow-up on the agreed action items to ensure timely closure.
- Communicate with internal/ external stakeholders Partner Program structure (e.g. Partnership Level, Requirements, Benefits etc.) of various Brands/ OEMs.
- Work with Strategic Brand Acquisition team to identify gaps in our current vs required competencies and prepare and execute a mitigation plan.
Experience Centre :

- Maintain Experience Centre (ExC) facilities to ensure Center’s operations (e.g. Hands-on Lab, Executive Briefing Session, Training Session etc.) are smoothly running.
- Ensure highest level of customer/ partner satisfaction regarding the services offered by ExC and mitigate any instances of dissatisfaction.
- Ensure ExC facilities are optimally utilized to maximize lead generation/ deal closure.
- Work with Partner Management team to identify opportunities to enhance facilities/ features/ programs offered by the ExC.

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree from any recognized university.
Additional Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
- General understanding of the IT distribution industry and key growth drivers.
- Strong Communication and Co-ordination Skill.
